Refund policy

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To initiate a withdrawal request, customers must contact us through our returns portal or contact form and provide their order number and name.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returned items must be unused and returned in original packaging where applicable.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
